I'm Dee Dee Saracco, and my family's roots are originally from Italy.  I've always been passionate about food and I'm so happy to be able to share a piece of my roots with you through the homemade recipes that have been passed down in my family. Gravylady catering offers dishes that are hearty, delicious and made from the scratch from the highest quality ingredients, just like Nana's sunday cooking. We take pride in offering traditional Italian favorites, along with an array of other tasty dishes.

I began to cook as a young girl. It started at my Mom's kitchen table, where I watched her cook for everyone. I inherited her passion for cooking naturally, but I learned her honest, old-fashioned methods the traditional way-first, by watching, then by doing. No cheats, no shortcuts! Mom taught me to do it the right way, because it's the only way.

 

So I've taken her wonderful recipes, adding a contemporary flare, extraordinary ingredients and no small amount of love.
